If you have a genuine case and know the company name who resort to these shady practices, Please fill this form and send it across to DOL. You do not need to provide your personal information if you are not willing to.
Rest, they will investigate and take care..
I am one of those who couldn't file in EB1 but that is past and long gone for me.
You need to write to USCIS and Ombudsman. Labor department does not approve such petitions.

you can also set auto-payment from your bank account/ credit union account. I did that through Digital Federal Credit Union.
when i tried to setup a recurring payment I got the following message.

I've used my paypal account to make one time payment to IV before but never had any issue. Is this a paypal error/issue?..could i be doing something wrong ? is there any other way to make a payment ?

I am reading a lot of information posted on this form thanks a lot to every one.
But I am still not clear if I can apply in EB2 (PERM) as the job requirement says
Minimum of 5 years programming experience
But is really important to SAY THAT’S MASTERS DEGREE PREFERRED,
Because I have Masters in computer science but the job requirement does not need it.
To apply in EB2? Or just BS+5 years of experience is good enough

my point is also not nationality. My point is the filed of work and job requirements. since most audit cases end up with questionaire for 'Business necessity', is it somehow connected to DOL definition for each job type...minimum requirements in terms of educational requiremets for that job type etc.. ?
For example: In the IT field , even though your employer advertises for MS and/or experience, but according DOL job type definitions most of the software/computer programmer/analyst job types require a minimum of BS only and or maybe some experience. so is that reason why they are asking you to justify interms of 'Buissness necessity' and hence audited... ? or something else...? I know for sure that some of the science related job types according to DOL need a minimum of MS, ex: parmaceutical jobs, environmental, biotechnology/bioengineering, material science, geoscience etc.

Spoke with Carl Shusterman today and he has requested a copy of my law suit. He his heading a meeting with AILA in two weeks and it appears wheels are in motion for bill/amendments to cspa to protect children who have already aged out!!!!!!!!!! so you may wish to keep checking out this thread http://expatsvoice.org/forum/showthread.php?t=23 also subscribe to his news letter at www.shusterman.com

It is not before time that this piece of legislation got a review to close some of the gaping holes in it.
I am hoping in particular that those of us whose children aged out while our labor certification was languishing in the backlog centers get to join their families again.

Come to think of it, Sec. Rice said it was a case of miscommunication between the 2 agencies. Could it be that USCIS actually wanted them to make these dates current in August and DOS jumped the gun, and lot of people got screwed.

I have a question as follows. I was with an old company and transferred the H1 in the 9th year to the new company. I already had my Labor and I-140 approved with the old company (EB3-I Category).
After switching to this new company I had to start my PERM all over again as I missed the July 2007 boat and could not file for I-485. My new company is based in L.A.-California. I am already drawing my salary from new company. They only have office in L.A. I work for them from my home office in NJ. Today the company's attorney called & asked me that I needed to have L.A. residential address as it is required to be stated on the application. I have no intentions to move to L.A. in near future. I am in a fix now as to how to go about this. I will appreciate all you gurus and experts advice and also please advise me repercussions if any.
Please help.

I think we should make a list of things we lost and found in D.C :)
The amazing thing is We Found all the things we lost. I found the same pair of glasses Twice! The owner managed to lose it again in the situation room and I found it again - I think he didn't like the glasses :)
Chargers and ties were lost and found. I think after working 3 days straight, without much food/sleep and thousand and one things on our mind - we too were lost :)
