I am twice bitten... by photos at Walgreens
Don't even think. I took PP for passport renewal. VEry bad quality.
Still I went to Walagreens and took PP for visit visa to Canada. Rejected by Canadian Consulate in Seattle. Don't waste your time and money.
In Denver / Aurora - there is H-Mart (or HAR Mart). I am also thinking of going to Costco. 6 photos for above age 14 ; else 4. That is what my attorney asked.

FYI, there will be a manager from TCS/WIPRO/IBM side to whom all these L1s will be reporting... This shows your poor understanding of how an Indian company is being operated...
They will "work" with client MGRs but report to employer MGR....:D

Your rocket science of 'report' to employer manager can be easily busted just by producing couple of emails from client managers assigning work to these L1 babies... true these companies would have a so called psuedo manager in their client locations just to fool USCIS BUT unfortunately ICE investigators are trained and informed about such fraudulant arrangements. Once we produce couple of emails (hope atleast few of us would be copied in those work assignment / weekly status emails) proving the direct work assignment from client these phony arrangements doesn't hold good. Second if we could prove that these so called managers doesn't even belong to our team (look for org charts/team list/email lists where these phony managers name would never be mentioned) just produce those evidence along with the above mentioned work assignments.. ICE investigators would take care of our 'rocket scientists'.
My dear 'new born' ...what ever you do ... every crime leaves its own trail ... how long you guys would continue this shady mode of operation.. WHY THE HELL ARE YOU VIOLAITNG THE RULES.... GREED JUST CORPORATE GREED, individual resources are just pawns in this fraud.

Wanted to update on my Infopass appointment, I have multiple 485's pending based on separate 140's(one approved and other pending) with different A#'s and at different service centers. So was bit concerned. The IO informed me that all my 485's and 140's have been consolidated and all applications are in the same file at one service center so nothing to worry about. She also told me to use the A# from the first 485 for future communications with CIS.
People who have multiple 485's pending, my word of advise is its not a problem. CIS takes care of it. And this is true even if you have different A#'s.

EB3 has a significant drop, Most of ROw applicants are filing in EB2 these days thus offsetting any significant advantage in filing EB2. EB3 will be faster comapred to EB2 some time between 2014-2015, EB3 still gets 40000 of quota.

We received the snail mail welcome notice today after receiving the email ADIT stuff last Tuesday (August 10). That makes it five business days. On the notice it says that we should receive our permanent resident card within three weeks. Anybody who actually received it within three weeks?

I am applying for AOS on a EB basis. My wife will apply along with me as a beneficiary. Unfortunately she worked on H1B for another company without notifying USCIS and on a different job capacity. What are the chances for her I485 to be denied? Do we have to mention that in I485 form. She is currently on H4 and is not working. Thanks.

It really is amazing how much hot air has been generated on this thread over a well established transit visa requirement.
The reason transit visas are required in the UK is that many passengers with an intention to transit the UK have stayed. The transit visa was introduced as a way of making sure (as much as possible) that the passenger has the intention and the ability to transit the UK and to enter a third country.
The list of nationals that are required to have a visa to transit the UK represents a list of countries where there has been a particular problem with over stayers. It is not race based, but merely an effort to target the problem.
It really does not matter what anyone thinks about the transit visa requirement because it is UK law. Everyone has a choice whether or not to transit the UK. Going back to the original post, to book a ticket without researching visa requirements and then trying to deflect personal responsibility by blaming the visa requirement is ridiculous.

I think this is much easier for hundreds of people to participate as its easy, doesent take up too much time etc. and brings about our points across as compared to DC rally (please dont get me wrong here it was great but difficult for lot of people to attend because of various reasons). If the post is true and from real world person, then the OP and his sponsor are in violation of the Law. The L1B are not supposed to be based/hosted in client location unless specifically stated in the approved petition. Defiantly not supposed to do in case of blanket L1B.
